Responsibilities:
Ā Creates a friendly and welcoming environment by greeting and offering assistance to customers
Ā You are the face to the customer ensuring they remain the top priority while balancing tasks and routines
Ā Smiles and Says Hi! Greets all customers and associates, assists in a friendly, courteous manner and adheres to the Yes We Can policy efficiently resolving customers questions and requests
Ā Consistently uses the 5 step GREAT program while interacting with customers: Greets and Engages Customer, Requests Credit, Explains Savings, Asks to Complete the Survey and Thanks the Customer
Ā Able to learn and adapt to current technology to assist customer needs
Ā Delivers the highest level of customer service through effective problem solving
Ā Solicits, opens and activates Kohls Charge applications and loyalty programs
Ā Ensures that all cash handling procedures are done in accordance to policy and procedure
Ā Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
Ā Flexible and willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed
Ā Adherence to Kohl's policy and procedures
Ā Regular attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
Ā No education or experience required.
Ā Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
Ā Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
Ā Naturally curious; desire to learn.
