We are looking for a freelance professional to support the international expansion of Rawsome, a premium organic & healthy food brand, currently expanding across Europe and other international markets. www.rawsomevinegars.com
This role is focused on market analysis, distributor/importer identification, and structured B2B outreach & follow-up.
This is not a call center or cold sales role.
It is a research-driven, organized, and strategic B2B support position.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze selected countries to identify the best importers and distributors in:
Organic food
Healthy & functional products
Premium & gourmet categories
Research and build high-quality lead lists, including:
Company name
Website
Country & market focus
Contact details of buyers, purchasing managers or marketing managers
Evaluate and pre-select the most relevant companies (quality over quantity)
Present findings for internal review and validation
Contact approved importers/distributors via email and LinkedIn
Follow up professionally and consistently
Track all activity in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM
Report progress, responses, and qualified leads
Profile We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B market research, export sales support or lead generation
Strong understanding of international distribution models
Experience in food, beverage, organic, natural or premium consumer goods (highly valued)
Excellent written English (mandatory)
Organized, methodical and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools
Experience contacting decision-makers (buyers, import managers, marketing managers)

Project Details
Freelance / Remote
Initial scope: 10–20 hours per week
Long-term collaboration possible if results are strong
