Fractional Sales Development Representative (Remote | Eastern Time | Contract-based) Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Fractional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound and inbound lead generation for a modern digital transformation and consulting organization. This role focuses on structured outreach, qualification, and booking high-quality meetings. You will use CRM workflows, messaging frameworks, and prospecting tools to build a predictable pipeline. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Growth β’Perform daily outreach via LinkedIn, email, and CRM-driven sequences. β’ Identify high-fit prospects based on defined buyer personas and segments. β’ Personalize outreach using templates, research, and approved messaging. β’ Maintain consistent follow-up through structured cadences. Lead Qualification β’ Qualify inbound and outbound leads using scripts and scoring criteria. β’ Capture accurate notes and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot or Jira Service Management). β’ Prioritize leads based on engagement signals and defined guidelines. Meeting Scheduling & Handoff β’ Book qualified meetings for designated team members. β’ Provide complete handoff notes and context for smooth next steps. β’ Ensure meetings meet quality and relevance standards. Campaign & Event Support β’ Support outreach for webinars, virtual sessions, workshops, and digital campaigns. β’ Assist with follow-up sequences related to events or promotions. Reporting & Accountability β’ Submit weekly reports on outreach volume, responses, conversions, and booked meetings. β’ Maintain strong CRM hygiene and activity logging. β’ Suggest improvements to outreach strategy based on results. Ideal Candidate β’ Strong written communication and cold-outreach ability. β’ Confident initiating conversations with senior professionals. β’ Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently. β’ Familiar with structured sales sequences and CRM-driven workflows. β’ Comfortable using templates, research, and thoughtful personalization. Qualifications β’ 2+ years experience in SDR/BDR, lead generation, or appointment setting. β’ Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) or Jira for structured workflows. β’ Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting tools and email outreach platforms. β’ Background in technology, consulting, or professional services is helpful but not required.
