We are launching a virtual mental health group serving adult clients across California. Our mission is to expand access to high-quality outpatient therapy through a collaborative network of licensed clinicians. We are committed to putting clinicians first. We are currently assembling a founding clinical team while finalizing insurance partnerships and referral relationships with major healthcare systems.
Position Overview:
This opportunity is for California licensed therapists interested in joining a founding clinician network. Clinicians who join the team will be positioned to begin seeing clients once insurance contracts and referral partnerships are activated.

- Qualifications:
- Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist)
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient virtual setting
- Comfortable providing telehealth services
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Experience working with adults in the mental health field
- Compensation (Once Clinical Services Begin):
- Clinical session rate: $90–$110 per completed therapy session (documentation included)
- Administrative time (meetings or required trainings): $40–$50 per hour
Pay is subject to final insurance reimbursement rates and will be finalized in the formal employment agreement.
Most clinicians in the practice see 10–20 clients per week, depending on availability.
- Responsibilities (Once Services Begin):
- Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth
- Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies
- Participate in occasional team meetings
- Deliver high-quality outpatient therapy services
