Job Description:
As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a positive, enthusiastic, and fun environment for our members. You will conduct group classes, design training programs, monitor members’ progress, promote healthy lifestyle choices, and ensure the safety and satisfaction of our members.
Requirements:
– A passion for fitness and health
– Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
– Ability to design and implement effective fitness regimens
– Current CPR/AED certification
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
– Conducting group fitness classes
– Creating individualized fitness programs for members
– Monitoring member progress and adjust programs as needed
– Providing instruction on proper exercise techniques and equipment use
– Ensuring the safety of all members during workout sessions

Educational Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or GED
– Certification from a recognized fitness organization
Experience:
While experience is preferred, it is not necessary as we provide in-depth, hands-on training for all new instructors.
