About the position
- Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resources required to complete the project successfully.
- Manage the project team and ensure that all project activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, core team members, and the extended project team to ensure that project goals are met.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team members.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that they are used effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that project processes are followed consistently.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring that they are properly documented and approved.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed, and that the project is closed out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Requirements
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience
- Experience managing Finance system projects is a must
- Minimum experience with 5 full Project Life Cycles (preferably with MNCs)
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in using Project Planning Management tools
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to clearly and concisely convey information to stakeholders of all levels
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
- Good time management skills to manage your own time and the time of team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Problem-solving skills to effectively identify and solve problems that arise during the project, including thinking creatively, identifying potential solutions, and making informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, working independently with a proactive approach to tasks.
