Job Description

This role supports end-to-end financial management activities across a large global cost base, including budget planning, forecasting, accruals management, reporting, and variance analysis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the annual budget planning process and align bottom-up plans with top-down targets
  • Track actuals and forecasts vs. budget; proactively identify and resolve variances and risks
  • Manage accruals to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare financial analyses, reports, and management presentations
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and governance
  • Support billing management and cost recovery tracking

Requirements:

  • Strong financial management experience, ideally supporting a large global cost base
  • Solid data analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
  • Professional proficiency in English
