Job Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into design documents for coding
- Investigate and resolve errors and problems, and assist with solutions
- Develop and implement test plans in collaboration with Systems Analysts
- Evaluate and analyze PeopleSoft application fixes and new modules
- Write queries and reports, and perform testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP)
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft 8.4
- Strong skills in requirements definition, testing, and implementation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with software lifecycle management
- Demonstrable skills in analysis and troubleshooting
- Ability to write business communications and deliver group presentations
