- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Financial Analyst, Senior Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- **Cash Reporting**: Providing accurate and timely cash reporting to support business decision-making
- **Accounts Payable Management**: Managing accounts payable, liaising with various departments, and ensuring seamless financial operations
- **Accounts Receivable Management**: Managing accounts receivable, liaising with various departments, and ensuring timely collections
- **Financial Planning and Analysis**: Supporting key financial analysis for financial planning and strategy
- **Integration Pipeline**: Playing a key role in all aspects of the team's integration pipeline with Capital One Finance
- **Financial Systems Infrastructure**: Supporting the team in driving continual improvement of financial systems infrastructure
- **Tax Compliance**: Supporting the preparation and submission of VAT and other required tax returns
- *Essential Qualifications**
- **Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience**: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent military experience
- **2+ Years of Experience in Financial Analysis**: Proven experience in financial analysis or financial modeling
- **Strong Attention to Detail**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- **Reliability and Strong Work Ethic**: A proven track record of reliability, strong work ethic, and team orientation
- **Proficient in Microsoft Excel and G Suite**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and G Suite, with experience in financial modeling and analysis
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- **Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in Finance**: A graduate degree in business administration or finance, with a focus on financial analysis and planning
- **3+ Years of Experience in Financial Analysis**: Proven experience in financial analysis or financial modeling, with a focus on strategic analysis and planning
- **Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) License or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License**: A CFA or CPA license, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and planning
- **Strong Business Relationship, Communication, Interpersonal, and Influencing Skills**: Excellent business relationship, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with experience in supporting technology and product business teams
