Culligan International is looking for a motivated Financial Analyst I to support the Enterprise Dealer Group. This role involves managing reporting across multiple business units, identifying problems, and implementing best practice solutions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Own daily, weekly, and monthly recurring reporting packages for EDG, ensuring accuracy and consistency across business units Update, maintain, and improve reporting tools, templates, and schedules Refresh and validate data across reporting systems (IFS, HFM, Power BI, internal dashboards, and Microsoft office) Support preparation of Monthly Financial Review (MFR) and Monthly Business Operations Review (MOR reporting) Assist with account reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and documentation required for month-end close as assigned Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions, operating initiatives, and performance improvement opportunities Skills Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Finance or Accounting Detail oriented with ability to think strategically and analytically Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Vlookup) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict reporting deadlines Benefits Paid time off Health Dental Vision Life Disability benefits 401(k) Company Overview Culligan works to provide better water for their customers in their homes, offices, restaurants, and industrial facilities around the world.
