About the position

Account for all materials and supplies in the stores' facilities.
Audit goods received into the warehouse.
Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.
Process incoming orders for materials, merchandise, or services.
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Examine and inspect stock items for damage, defects, or shortages, reporting any damage to supervisors.
Prepare product for scheduled surgeries.
Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
Inform customers of receipt, shipping, and delays.
Interact with the team during service level investigations.
Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product errors.
Use computers to maintain accurate account records and shipment of inventory.
Review overdue shipment returns and partner with dispatcher to schedule the return.
Assist in FQMS compliance, and support management in preparation for branch audits.
Train on different product lines in preparation for on-call responsibilities.

2+ years of experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment - required.
Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding and fast-paced environment - preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent - required.
Associates degree - preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend and evening on-call as needed - required.
Participate in on-call rotation schedule - required.
Valid Driver's license with good driving record - required.
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs - required.

Experience in a medical technology or healthcare environment - preferred.
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
