Job Description
## Key Responsibilities
Lead hands-on facility repairs, maintenance, and updates.
Inspect and maintain facility systems in accordance with safety codes and company standards.
Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
Oversee renovations, installations, and workplace improvements.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe office spaces.
Assist with furniture moves and equipment reconfiguration when needed.
Proactively identify and resolve facility issues with minimal disruption to business operations.
Additional duties as required
## Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driverโs license and reliable transportation.
Able to lift 75 lbs. as needed.
