I just started a roofing company and I’m looking for an experienced marketing coach/consultant, not a large agency.
I previously worked in solar and have been burned by expensive marketing companies that overpromised and underdelivered. Because of that, I want to learn and build this correctly, not blindly outsource.
I’m looking for someone who can coach and train me through structured consultations on:
- Google Business Profile & local SEO
- Google Ads / LSA fundamentals
- Facebook ads for service businesses
- Lead handling, follow-up, and basic CRM systems
My goal is to understand the strategy, build repeatable systems, and then scale what’s proven. I want to be involved and educated in the process, not hands-off.
I’m only interested in working with someone who:
- Has real experience with home service businesses (roofing, solar, HVAC, etc.)
- Can clearly explain why things work, not just what buttons to click
- Is confident they can help me generate leads and build systems that scale
This would start as paid consultations, with the potential for ongoing strategy support if it’s a good fit.
