GrubTerra is looking for a creative, performance-driven videographer with strong visual instincts and basic graphic design skills to produce high-converting advertising content for Facebook and Instagram.This role is not just about making content — it’s about creating ads that convert.You will be responsible for producing video and still-image creatives for paid social campaigns, as well as organic social media content (Reels, short-form videos, and branded posts). You will work directly on developing and testing new creative angles based on competitor research and customer pain points.What You’ll Be Doing:Create video ads and still-image creatives for Facebook & InstagramProduce short-form content (Reels, UGC-style ads, social posts)Conduct competitor ad research and identify winning anglesDevelop GrubTerra-specific variations of proven ad conceptsTest different customer pain points through new creative conceptsUse AI tools to generate images and creative conceptsRefine AI-generated content with your design skills to make it polished, compelling, and conversion-focusedCollaborate on creative strategy and messaging directionWhat We’re Looking ForStrong videography and editing skillsBasic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.)Experience creating content for paid ads (preferred)Understanding of hooks, angles, and direct-response marketingAbility to analyze competitor ads and reverse-engineer why they workComfortable using AI tools to generate creative assetsFast execution and willingness to iterate/test frequently
