Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Research Lead to design and deliver a multi country quantitative research project.
You will lead the full research process from design to final report. The goal is to test messaging, naming and framing for a global policy campaign and identify what drives public support.
Key responsibilities
- Design research using MaxDiff, Five Second Testing, Monadic Testing, A B Testing, Kano Model, Association Mapping and Implicit Association Testing
- Oversee fieldwork across eight regions
- Analyse data and extract clear insights
- Translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Deliver a clear and compelling client report
- Advise on naming, messaging, narrative framing and policy positioning
What you bring
- Strong background in quantitative market research
- Experience running international multi market studies
- Expertise in experimental design and advanced survey methods
- Ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable insight
- Experience working on public policy, advocacy or mission driven campaigns
