If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, have a keen eye for detail, and are eager to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **What You'll Do** As a Work from Home Customer Service Fraud Investigator, you'll be responsible for investigating potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from our fraud detection system. Your primary duties will include: * Responding to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues for our merchants and cardholders. * Assisting with the completion of the lost/stolen report, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity. * Building credit card replacement orders and completing shipping materials. * Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation. * Building knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations, and analytic techniques, and the expertise of more experienced fraud analysts. **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, knowledge, and personal qualities. Here are the minimum qualifications we're looking for: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 18 months * You'll be required to complete a background check, which will include a criminal check, drug screen, credit check (less than $5k in collections not counting medical), verification of education, and verification of past employment (going back ten years) * You'll need to complete an on-demand digital interview, and the recruiter will review and reach out to you for any potential next steps * You must be flexible and open to a work schedule that includes mid-shift to late shifts, working weekends as part of your weekly schedule * This role requires you to be on camera at all times * As part of our Work from Home program, you must have a minimum 50mbps download speed and 15mbps upload speed via an Ethernet cable connection **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with previous work experience in a fraud, banking, and/or dispatch-related field. **Desired Skills and Capabilities** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and capabilities: * Skills/Knowledge: Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks. * Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. * Supervision: Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments.
