Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, ticket, and chat channels , resolving complex issues and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of firearms, including handguns and rifles , staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Utilize Zendesk (ZD) and DialPad to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently. Stay organized and adaptable , prioritizing tasks and managing multiple workflows to meet deadlines and deliver results. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their customers, providing exceptional support and guidance. Requirements 2+ years of experience in customer support , with a strong background in firearms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills , with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently. Proficiency in Zendesk (ZD) and DialPad , with experience in managing customer interactions and resolving issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment , with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience. Reliable and interested in a long-term commitment to the project , with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with firearms , including handguns and rifles.
