Job Description

Maintenance of Houston Inc., a leading provider of commercial cleaning solutions, is seeking an experienced Telemarketer in janitorial to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

β€’ Make outbound calls to a list of prospects provided by the Employer to set quality appointments.

β€’ Initiate conversation by promoting and creating interest in services.

β€’ Have product / service knowledge. Communicate benefits and value to potential customers.

β€’ Learn a scripted presentation to ensure a consistent message and adherence to marketing strategies.

β€’ Objection handling-skilled at addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and maintaining a positive conversation.

β€’ Responsible for accurately recording and updating prospects and customer information in the CRM system. This will help track leads, trends, and facilitate future marketing efforts.

β€’ Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and sales targets.

β€’ Keeping track of contacts as well as those who don’t want to be contacted in the future.

β€’ Follow up on previous customers for potential sales.

β€’ Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
