Your expertise in automated test frameworks, testing methodologies, and QA processes will be instrumental in identifying and resolving defects, improving test coverage, and enhancing the overall user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute automated test scripts using relevant tools to ensure the quality and reliability of the ServiceNow platform * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer success, to identify and prioritize testing requirements * Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage * Analyze and report test results, identifying defects and areas for improvement * Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce testing time * Provide training and support to development teams on testing methodologies and best practices * Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices to ensure expertise and knowledge **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * Proven experience as a QA Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow Platform and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (at least 2 years) * Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices * Proficiency in creating and executing automated test scripts using relevant tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestComplete) * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator) are a plus **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks * Familiarity with cloud-based testing tools and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Cucumber, Behave, or Pytest **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong technical skills in ServiceNow testing, automated test frameworks, and testing methodologies * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and report defects and areas for improvement **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and expertise.
