With our momentum – backed by a $12 billion valuation and $1 B in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years – you'll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You'll serve as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you'll be an internal advocate for clients with arenaflex by championing for new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with arenaflex. Your key responsibilities will include: * Accounts: Developing and executing comprehensive account strategies for long-term success * Risk: Proactively identifying risks before they happen and rallying internal stakeholders to address customer issues in a timely manner to optimize customer sentiment * Relationships: Building relationships with senior stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of the customers' business, hiring plans, and the outcomes that will define success of the partnership * Product: Being the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback, prioritizing requirements based on risk, urgency, and revenue impact, and project managing internal stakeholders to deliver priority items in a timely manner * Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis * Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests * Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience * Previous experience working in the payroll/HRTech industry * A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data * A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality * A solid track record of achievement – e.g., had success in a top-tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities, or won competitive awards * Curiosity by nature and a desire to make an impact * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Total Rewards** Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
