*Responsibilities**

As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

Answering incoming calls and assisting customers affected by hurricanes with empathy, professionalism, and care
Providing accurate and timely support to customers, documenting call outcomes in company systems
Attending a paid 1–2 day virtual training session before activation to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Remaining on standby for rapid deployment during hurricane season, ready to respond to customer needs at a moment's notice
Working 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 customer support

*Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

A high school diploma or GED (required)
Residency in Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, or Texas (required)
Fluency in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
Excellent typing, computer, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a quiet, dedicated home workspace
A desktop or laptop (no Chromebooks or tablets) with:
