Our team is made up of outdoor enthusiasts who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise with others. **Job Summary** As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone calls, chat, and emails. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, facilitating returns and exchanges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
