- Providing register coverage as needed and ensuring strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions
- Upholding arenaflex merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, engaging, and exceeds customer expectations
- Proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
- Serve as the primary customer service provider at the front end, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information

- Provide register coverage as needed, ensuring that cashiers have the support they need to complete complex transactions
- Uphold arenaflex merchandising and presentation standards, following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store

- Experience with cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management
