As a Remote Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative in a contractor role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You will work independently, managing your schedule and workload to ensure seamless delivery of customer experiences.   • Utilize strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues

  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication
  • *Work Environment Requirements**
  • Quiet, uninterrupted space

  • Ability to work in a home office environment with minimal distractions
  • *Contractual Relationship**

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.

  • Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour
