Qualifications and Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED, as well as 2+ years of customer service experience. A certificate or diploma in hospitality is advantageous, and you will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and good time management and organizational skills. Conflict resolution experience, patience, and good listening skills are also essential for this role.
