As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring seamless document classification and transmission to clients. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Processing documents electronically with high accuracy and efficiency * Making outbound calls to doctor's offices as volume permits, providing exceptional customer service and support * Processing claims and ensuring timely resolution * Receiving, processing, and classifying documents, transmitting them to clients in a timely manner * Sorting, imaging, filing, and archiving documents by form type, maintaining meticulous records and databases * Verifying data from automated data extraction tools, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Collaborating with team members to achieve exceptional outcomes and drive success **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word, with excellent computer typing skills * Secure workspace with high-speed internet and ability to pass a typing test * Excellent customer service and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Availability to work weekends and holidays as required, with flexibility and adaptability **What We Offer** As a Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * A competitive salary range of $46,600.00 - $63,250.00, depending on experience and performance * Comprehensive benefits, including: + Health insurance coverage + Voluntary dental and vision programs + Life and disability insurance + Retirement savings plan + Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time **Equal Opportunity Employer** We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
