Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced remote data entry clerk to join our team at arenaflex. As a remote data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, conducting research studies, and providing feedback to our clients. This is a part-time, flexible position that can be done from the comfort of your own home, and we're looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, using a variety of software applications and tools
- Conduct research studies, including online focus groups, product testing, and opinion panels
- Provide feedback to our clients on their products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with our clients and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for process improvements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
- Able to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
- Computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection required
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful as a tool to keep yourself organized, but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have experience in data entry, customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support. If you have a background in one of these areas, you'll be well-suited for this role. Additionally, if you have experience with data entry software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, that's a plus.
Pay and Benefits
As a remote data entry clerk at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study, and up to $250 per single research study session. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
