This includes guiding and assisting customers with their financial planning needs, such as retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and more. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial goals and develop personalized plans to help them achieve their ideal financial futures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer care and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner * Educate clients about their financial planning options, including retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and more * Develop and implement personalized financial plans to help clients achieve their financial goals * Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients **Desirable Experience** While prior experience in the financial industry is not mandatory, we value candidates with a strong background in customer service, sales, marketing, accounting, and managerial/leadership/entrepreneurial roles.
