As a Process Improvement Specialist on our Pricing Analytics Operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Auditing operations teams' system outputs to identify areas for improvement
- Suggesting and implementing process/system improvements to drive operational excellence
- Identifying emerging process performance trends and developing strategies to address them
- Collaborating with business and automation technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
- Maintaining quality metrics for assigned processes and tracking progress towards goals
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct regular audits of operations teams' system outputs to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data and develop recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
- Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
- Provide regular updates to leadership on process improvement initiatives and progress towards goals
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, analytics)
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, analytics)
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related field
