As a Principal Data Scientist, you'll have the opportunity to develop new ways to solve client problems using data science methods and drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** As a Principal Data Scientist, Customer Intelligence, you'll be responsible for: * Improving data science craft by answering client business questions using data science methods and tools, ideating on potential approaches, and selecting the most appropriate methods to solve the problem. * Storytelling with insights by delivering actionable and insightful presentations to our key customers undergirded by predictive, explanatory, and/or descriptive analyses. * Building relationships with key clients and internal counterparts, and contributing to ongoing improvements in data science methods, tools, visualizations, and ways of working. * Collaborating with leaders across different functions to develop and execute multidisciplinary solutions and improve the customer experience. * Supporting large sales efforts to demonstrate the value of arenaflex's advisory services to our prospective customers. * Working with our global leadership team to lead the development of new and innovative Data Science and Insights offerings that meet our customers' emerging needs and support new product releases. * Collaborating with the Product team to provide real-world scalable client insights that shape the Product roadmap. **What We're Looking For** We're looking for a highly experienced data scientist with a strong background in R, a graduate degree in a technical field, and a demonstrated knowledge of both the theory and practice of data science.
