As a Phone & Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality results. **Key Responsibilities** As a Phone & Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: * **Enter customer data, order details, and account information into internal systems with accuracy**: You will be responsible for accurately entering and updating customer information, order details, and account information into our internal systems. This requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. * **Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist with general inquiries**: You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and you will be responsible for answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for assisting with general inquiries and providing support to our clients. * **Update contact records, billing information, and support tickets**: You will be responsible for updating contact records, billing information, and support tickets in a timely and accurate manner. * **Verify accuracy of information in spreadsheets and online portals**: You will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of information in spreadsheets and online portals to ensure that our data is accurate and up-to-date. * **Escalate client issues or requests to the appropriate internal teams**: You will be responsible for escalating client issues or requests to the appropriate internal teams in a timely and professional manner. * **Maintain confidentiality of customer information**: You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and adhering to our company's data protection policies. * **Perform light clerical duties as assigned**: You will be responsible for performing light clerical duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * **High school diploma or equivalent**: You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role. * **Previous experience in data entry or customer service preferred**: While previous experience in data entry or customer service is preferred, it is not required.
