- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Remote Fan Services Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound customer communications in a polite and efficient manner, even in high-pressure situations
- Answering product questions from customers and providing solutions based on individual needs
- Assisting customers with submitting internet orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
- Providing technical and product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions and reduce the risk of returns
- Leveraging product and technical knowledge to create revenue opportunities for the brand
- Making suggestions that may improve internal processes and result in improved customer experiences
- Acting as a brand champion and promoting our values and mission to customers
- *Minimum Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous customer service experience and internet call center service experience (preferably in an e-commerce environment)
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility in working hours, with the ability to exceed 40 work hours at times to meet business needs
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- The ability to respond to complex customer situations with empathy and understanding
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A team player mentality with the ability to maintain positive working relationships
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of product and technical information related to e-commerce and customer service
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
