- *Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant to support our Sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for researching contact information, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical duties. - *Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our Sales team's success by:
- Researching contact information for potential clients to enter into our marketing funnel
- Setting up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients
- Making introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for our Sales Associates
- Performing general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing in a timely and accurate fashion
- Assisting with special projects as assigned by management
- Performing other related duties as assigned by management
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fast and accurate typing skills
- Moderate knowledge of Excel, internet research, and email correspondence
- A commitment to excellence and high standards, with acute attention to detail
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow
- The ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- The ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees

- Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and/or use a keyboard for research and communication
- Occasionally lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds
