- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service, from unloading merchandise to assisting with transportation and stocking. - *Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with unloading merchandise from baskets and transporting groceries to their vehicles
- Package groceries and assist customers with loading and unloading purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking and sanitizing areas
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

- Physical stamina to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred
- *Physical Demands**
- Frequently stand, walk, and reach at waist level
- Occasionally reach overhead, reach at shoulder, reach at knee, reach at floor, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, stair climb, pivot, twist, push/pull with arms, pinch, and perform fine motor movements
- Occasionally be exposed to cold, hot, loud noises, ambient temperatures, and wet conditions
- Demonstrate the ability to lift 55 pounds, and manage more than 55 pounds (up to 100 pounds)
