As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and professional assistance with their account questions, billing inquiries, and technical support needs.
  • Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access issues.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless escalation of complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Our part-time schedule is designed to fit around your life, with flexible hours that accommodate your needs. You'll work:

  • Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)
