Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements
What You Need:
Active P&C and Life & Health license (multi-state preferred)
Coachable, self-driven, and goal-oriented
Strong communicator and relationship builder
Non-Resident Wisconsin and Minnesota Licenses will be required to obtain, as well as you must be willing to submit a background check which will be fully reimbursed to you on your first paycheck.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Handle warm leads daily (inbound + outbound)
Quote & sell tailored coverage across P&C & Life lines
Onboard new clients, cross-sell, and drive referrals
Hit $2K+ daily premium, with bonuses for $2.5K+
