We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Care Representative to join our live chat support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat, responding to frequently asked questions, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools
- Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Availability to work 10-40 hours per week, with a minimum of 10 hours per week guaranteed
