As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering all provider chargers within our arenaflex system. Your attention to detail, strong time management skills, and excellent communication abilities will enable you to provide exceptional support to our Revenue Cycle Management team. **Key Responsibilities** • Accurately and efficiently enter all provider chargers within the arenaflex system • Provide data entry support to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team • Enter modifier additions and other relevant data as assigned • Collaborate with the RCM team to resolve data entry-related issues and ensure seamless workflow • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data entry activities • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** • 2+ years of experience in medical billing data entry, preferably with athenahealth or Centricity • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional demeanor • Familiarity with full cycle provider billing process, including data entry, claims submission, and follow-up • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team • Dependability, with a commitment to working daylight hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM) • Ability to use company-approved technology tools, including arenaflex's proprietary system • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience working within the arenaflex platform, with a strong understanding of our system and processes • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • High volume medical billing experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency • Certification in medical billing or a related field, such as CPC or CMC **Benefits and Perks** • Competitive salary range of $34,000 - $41,000 per year • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance • Company-paid LTD, STD, Life & AD&D Insurance • Two-week PTO policy, with 5 sick days per year • 401K Traditional & Roth Options, with a company match available after 1 year • 7 paid holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and one floating holiday • One-hour lunch break, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and remote work arrangements **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
