- *Join Our Remote Team as a Level 1 Chat Support Agent**
We're seeking a skilled and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to help others, with opportunities for growth into technical support.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
- Handle 2-3 concurrent live chats, providing timely and effective support to our customers
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Continuously improve our support processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
- Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and conversations
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience supporting customers using WordPress
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Experience working in a remote team environment
