We're committed to creating a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for climate action. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Lead Customer Success Manager to own our book of business for the EMEA region, including enterprise customers. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll be responsible for building trusted, long-term relationships with key accounts, managing customer retention and commercial outcomes, and acting as a product ambassador to drive adoption and usage of our evolving products and services. **Key Responsibilities** * Work hand-in-hand with other members of the commercial team to build trusted, long-term ties with key accounts from day one * Own and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, playing an integral role in ongoing client engagement, from onboarding to renewal conversations * Act as a product ambassador, overseeing the adoption and regular usage of arenaflex's evolving products and services into large Enterprise customers * Advise customers on our entire product suite, expanding our footprint by promoting new products and services into large Enterprise customers * Ensure we track and deliver value and ultimately renew the product and services revenue on healthy commercial terms **Requirements** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in EMEA, working with large Enterprises in a commercial role that includes value-based, direct customer engagement * Deep passion for the climate and ecosystems of the earth * Fluency in English, with additional European language skills a plus * Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to learn and thrive in constantly evolving environments, ideally with early-stage startup experience * Ability to partner with stakeholders at the Senior Director/VP level with occasional exposure to senior executives * Proven track record of expanding existing accounts / winning accounts of Enterprise scale * Open to occasional business travel in the region **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in Consulting / Advisory, Customer Success, or Account Management * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders * Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools **Benefits** * Equity in a rapidly growing startup * Private Health Insurance and Life Assurance * Unlimited annual leave * Enhanced parental leave * Access to Mental Health support * Office bar tab once a month * Weekly drinks in the office * Catered lunch once a month in office * Monthly Deliveroo/equivalent allowance once a month **Location** Our office is located in London, Old Street, and we foster a hybrid working environment.
