- *Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers, running the register, and providing exceptional customer service
- Leading shifts on a regular basis, supervising a team of employees, and ensuring seamless store operations
- Maintaining a high level of store appearance, including visual merchandising and inventory management
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals, resolve customer complaints, and drive sales growth
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, adhering to arenaflex's attendance policies
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed as a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
- Entry-level management experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Motivation to advance in your career

- *Physical Requirements**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll need to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
