- *Responsibilities**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers warmly and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions efficiently and accurately
- Making purchase suggestions to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth
- Leading shifts and supervising entry-level employees to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Maintaining high standards for store appearance and cleanliness, including visual merchandising and inventory management
- Interacting with customers daily and working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Participating in various tasks around the store to accomplish daily goals, including receiving, stocking, and facing merchandise
- Collaborating with colleagues and management to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Participating in paid comprehensive training to equip you with the skills necessary for success in this role
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
- Entry-level management experience, including supervising entry-level employees
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a fun atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service
- Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and develop new skills
