Job Overview


We are currently seeking experienced and skilled International Live Chat Support Agents to join our team at arenaflex. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our international clients via live chat. This is a full-time remote work opportunity, available to candidates from all over India. Key Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional customer support to international clients via live chat, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, in fixed night shifts to ensure seamless support to our clients

  • Maintain a high level of technical proficiency, including excellent English skills, 8 GB RAM, high-speed internet, and minimum 6 hours of power backup in case of power cuts

  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolve customer issues efficiently

  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics, to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications



  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong technical setup, including 8 GB RAM, high-speed internet, and minimum 6 hours of power backup in case of power cuts

  • Ability to work in fixed night shifts, 8 hours a day, 7 days a week

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
