As an Insurance Sales Agent - Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized insurance solutions that meet their expectations
- Conducting needs assessments to identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to our customers
- Educating and advising customers on the benefits and features of our insurance products, and helping them to make informed decisions about their insurance needs
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of our insurance products and services
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and advice
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, marketing) preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or customer service, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Certification in a related field (e.g. insurance, financial services, sales) preferred
