As an HVAC Service Dispatcher – Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating service appointments. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about our services and products
- Coordinate service appointments, scheduling technicians and ensuring that customers receive prompt and reliable service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure that customers receive seamless and efficient service
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our services and processes
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience working in an office, customer service, schedule coordination, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field a plus
