- *What You'll Be Doing**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers at arenaflex. You'll be a part of bringing humanity to business, providing exceptional service to customers through voice, chat, or email interactions. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion, or resolving their issues with a smile.

- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Utilize arenaflex's cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- *What You Bring to the Role**
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet connection (25mbps) with a hardwired connection to your home router
- A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise
