You'll receive comprehensive training to help patients navigate the billing process and resolve their outstanding balances. Your empathetic nature and ability to quickly resolve problems while remaining positive will be essential to your success. You'll actively listen to patients, negotiate and collect payments, and offer excellent customer service, even in challenging situations. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service experience * Experience in healthcare billing and finance * Understanding of HIPAA * Ability to learn new software quickly **Skills and Competencies** We're looking for a team player with professional communication skills, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to provide great customer service over the phone.
