Your responsibilities will include: * Providing high-level support services to members related to sales and service functions, including servicing insurance policies, processing applications, renewals, and amendments * Generating leads, updating members on travel and insurance specials, and providing travel information * Providing cashiering services to members, including taking insurance payments, travel, and membership payments * Responding to customer inquiries and referring to agents when necessary * Providing administrative support to Travel and Insurance Agents during peak periods * Conducting outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products * Participating in a team environment to promote customer satisfaction and consistent service following the customer service model * Receiving and resolving member/customer complaints and seeking assistance from management as necessary * Participating in office events developed to generate revenue, improve member awareness of products, and support local community activities **How We Reward Our Employees** Our Licensed Customer Service Representatives earn a competitive hourly wage of $21.00 with additional incentives and an annual bonus potential based on performance. arenaflex offers an excellent and comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, and vision benefits * 401k match * Paid parental leave and adoption assistance * Paid Time Off (PTO), company-paid holidays, CEO days, and floating holidays * Paid volunteer day annually * Tuition assistance program, professional certification reimbursement program, and other professional development opportunities * AAA Membership * Discounts, perks, and rewards, and much more **We Are Looking For Candidates Who** * Possess an active State Property & Casualty License or the ability to attain within 90 days of start date * Have a high school diploma or equivalent * Have experience providing high-level customer-focused service * Are skilled in servicing insurance policies and processing applications, renewals, and amendments * Are proficient in computer software applications, including Word, Excel, and Web-based operations * Possess insurance and travel terminology, general insurance and/or travel regulations, underwriting procedures, sales regulatory and compliance guidelines, and travel systems and/or insurance systems * Can communicate effectively (verbal and written) with others in a work environment * Can perform mathematical calculations to accurately perform monetary transactions * Can work effectively in a team environment * Can exceed member expectations relating to professionalism of demeanor, efficient and effective customer service (on phone or in person), and maintenance of workstation and office facility * Can work irregular hours, including holidays and weekends (may include community events) * Can work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment **Work Environment** This is an in-office position, and employees will service arenaflex members in-person and be based on-site in an arenaflex branch facility. **Who We Are** arenaflex is committed to providing a safe workplace.
