Our team is made up of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared vision of using data to drive positive change. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Integrating business objectives into technical guides and advancing the broader frameworks methodology to lead in front of changing business objectives. * Leading a technical team to deliver robust frameworks that create business value. * Driving best practices across the team, as well as a culture of ownership and responsibility for quality and practicality of expectations. * Leading the team to identify opportunities and move to deliver smart fixes. **Key Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 15 years of experience overseeing infrastructure foundation planning and delivery. * 10 years of experience overseeing people, managers, and teams, as well as teaching, and fostering a team. * 5 years of experience on scaled and high-contact support, overseeing cross-functional partners, and utilizing core skills. * Experience in business engineering, frameworks planning, frameworks coordination, data design, and solutions delivery. * Ability to use data to drive strategy and business action, address technical concepts to audiences and stakeholders, and influence/lead cross-functional partners. * Ability to inspire design teams to collaborate, build industry-leading engineer foundation, drive adoption, and deliver impact. * Ability to tackle complex issues and scale across an organization and distributed team. * Superb written and verbal communication, logical, and partner engagement skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in data entry, data analysis, and data visualization. * Familiarity with data management tools and technologies. * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles. * Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
