You'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business growth and retention. You'll also collaborate with our internal teams to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Builds, grows, and expands client relationships at all levels, including C-Suite executives * Develops and executes comprehensive customer success plans that align with client goals and outcomes * Leverages arenaflex's Customer Success methodology and exceptional communication skills to build trust and credibility with clients * Facilitates Executive Business Reviews to drive business alignment and desired outcomes * Works closely with internal teams to maximize expansion, adoption, and retention of arenaflex's solutions * Identifies and uncovers possible sales expansion opportunities to achieve organizational goals * Provides early warning and turnaround strategies to mitigate churn and drive customer health * Acts as a point of escalation to help manage customer expectations and develop Save plans for at-risk accounts * Builds and maintains a portfolio of reference accounts * Demonstrates empathy and tact in all customer dealings * Consistently demonstrates confidence and flexibility when engaging in difficult conversations * Leads strategic Customer Success initiatives and onboards new team members to the Customer Success Organization * Effective working with multiple levels of the customer organization * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS/tech company, with a focus on senior living/housing * Proven track record of sustaining and growing complex relationships * Exceptional relationship builder with the ability to take initiative in fast-paced environments * Proficient communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment * Proven proficiency in data analysis, including interpreting and translating results * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience * Experience using a CRM tool (Salesforce and/or Gainsight) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a healthcare sales/account management/customer success management role * Knowledge of the senior living/housing market and its unique challenges and opportunities * Experience working with C-Suite executives and developing strategic partnerships * Proven ability to drive business growth and retention through customer success initiatives * Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive base salary range: $98,000 - $106,000 per year * Bonus and benefits package, including flexible paid time off, wellness support programs, and parental/caregiver leaves * Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare technology platform and make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable populations * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals * Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship programs **How to Apply** If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable populations and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we want to hear from you.
